Your intuition is your personal connection to the Oneness and therefore to universal wisdom, truth and love. When we look at everything from a higher perspective, everything is connected. Everything is one. The universe, the angels, your spirit guides, the Earth, humanity, your heart, your intuition, everything is one. So you are not only connected to the one, you are part of it. For me, intuition is when this Oneness speaks to you, within you or through you.

From within you and from the universe, because you are part of it. 😉 In other words, explained in a way that is easier to imagine and work with: There is something like an energetic, universal internet that you are part of and can connect to. You can ask anything, receive anything and “download” anything. I like to say that intuition is like a kind of AI, just infinitely better. Because it is more precise, more personal and more cosmic. And above all, it is connected to your human heart. 💙

Channeling is a form of intuition. When you channel, you translate energy into a visible or tangible form. This can be sounds, words, colors, images or movement. Depending on which intuitive senses are active in you, you may simply know things or have a feeling. When you translate this intuitive feeling or knowing into an idea or an answer, you are already channeling. In this mentoring, we explore together how you can consciously call on your intuition and communicate with it. For you, this might be a form of channeling such as intuitive speaking, writing, drawing, dancing, creating or translating inner images. Or we may discover another approach that suits you even better, through which you can access your intuitive senses more consciously and use them in a focused way for yourself and, if you choose, also for others.

You are in a training with your higher self and your spiritual team. I am your guide on this journey. Who is part of your spiritual team and who may join along the way is something we will discover together as we begin. Here is a glimpse of who may be guiding and teaching you: your higher self, your possible starseed self, versions of you from the future or from other timelines, for example from Atlantis. Archangels, masters, guardian angels, spirit guides, power animals, seraphim, Gaia, elemental beings such as fairies, mermaids, dwarves and many more.

Archangels are cosmic beings who work with all humans. From my experience, an archangel has been with you since birth. As you grow and your interests evolve throughout your life, other archangels may join. Archangels have never been incarnated in a physical body. Masters have.

Your intuition speaks to you in its own unique way, sometimes through thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, signs, impulses or synchronicities. In the mentoring, you learn how your personal way of perceiving works and how you can strengthen it.

Yes. You are ready. You don’t need any prior experience, special talent or specific background. Since we work 1:1, we can fully adapt to you and your current relationship with your intuition. The only thing you need is enough time and space to dedicate yourself to the mentoring. If you feel called to this mentoring, that is your intuition. And it is always right. 😉

Sessions The four personal sessions take place via Zoom, by phone or, depending on availability, in my practice in Baden. Online member area There you will find an overview of the four mentoring phases as well as the introductory audios for each phase to prepare you for your personal sessions.

Structure and sessions The mentoring consists of four phases, each with a personal session and time for preparation and integration. Session scheduling There are four personal 1:1 sessions, each lasting approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. You can choose and book your sessions in advance through my online calendar. One session per month is recommended so you can stay in the process while having enough time to deepen each phase. Preparing for your session For each phase, there is an introductory audio you can listen to in the member area before your session. It helps you become familiar with the theme of the phase and consciously tune into the session. You can already note down questions and start engaging with the phase. Integration after your session After the session, you receive a recording to revisit and integrate the experience. Depending on the phase, you may also receive a personal meditation, your intuition practice and supportive rituals for everyday life. Timing Ideally, there are three to four weeks between sessions so you have time to integrate and prepare for the next phase. During this time, you can listen to the meditation, apply your intuition practice or revisit the session recording. If you need more time, that is completely fine. Six to eight weeks of integration are also possible. Overall duration The recommended duration is four to six months, in some cases up to nine months. We choose the pace intuitively, in a way that supports your process.
